About Jerry Goodrich
Jerry is the proud owner and founder of Utilities Plus, LLC. He is an expert in underground utility locating services, after being in the industry for more than 18 years. Before Utilities Plus, LLC, Jerry was the area manager for Locating Inc. in Yakima, Washington. He was responsible for overseeing a department of 45 staff members, monitoring operations and ensuring customer service throughout multiple locations in Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon.
Jerry was also a past president of the Yakima County Utility Coordinating Council (YCUCC), where he lead and coordinated a group of industry peers.
Jerry was born in Spokane, Washington and has been married to his lovely wife, Ann, for more than 28 years. He has two grown children and enjoys automotive related hobbies including restoration and collecting. In his spare time, he and Ann also farm 45 acres of alfalfa.
About Bill Kulisek
Bill heads up the Spokane office for Utilities Plus, LLC and has been working in the utility locating industry for over seven years. His experience has provided him with a variety of skills including locating power, phone, TV, fiber optics, sewer and water lines. Previously to joining Utilities Plus, LLC, Bill spent seven years working for a large commercial utility locating company in Spokane. He spent five of those years as a field tech and the last two years was the "lead locator".
Bill was born in Cody, WY, then raised in Moab, UT and has been married to his wonderful wife, Annette, for over 18 years. He has four children with the youngest being a junior in high school. In his free time, he enjoys working on mechanical projects such as rebuilding engines and welding. You can also find him riding his motorcycle around the roads of Spokane on sunny days.
About Rich Jessen
Rich brings more than 15 years of utility locating and 2 ½ years of residential and underground communication lines instillation experience to Utilities Plus, LLC. Previous to now, Rich was the Eastern Washington Manager for Locating Inc and was responsible for all operations and staff in that area to ensure reliable customer service. During his time with Locating Inc, Rich headed up the private locate division prior to moving up into management. This gave him a variety of skills including locating power, phone, gas, TV, sewer, drain, water, and fiber optics lines. Coupled with 2 ½ years of installation, Rich has a superior understanding of how utilities are placed in various situations.
Rich was born in San Bernardino, California and moved to the Yakima area in 1975. He has been married to his wonderful wife Karen for over 20 years and is blessed with four children and three grandchildren. Rich enjoys participating in the many sports and music events that his closest granddaughter is active in, including band and volleyball. He also enjoys camping, fishing and traveling in his spare time.
